EMPLOYMENT
PROTECTION PROGRAMME
All
employers face a battery of employment regulations - and it can be difficult
enough keeping abreast of current measures let alone future proposals.
Businesses
know they can't ignore these issues and many are turning to legal telephone
helplines or web enabled consultancies. The costs may seem economical
and the response may be rapid
.
..
but not everybody wants to deal with a stranger over the telephone,
particularly when they are discussing something as sensitive and volatile
as a potential unfair dismissal allegation or harassment claim.
We
believe that most businesses do not want to wait for a possible claim
only to find out that they have a damaging hole in their HR policies
or procedures.
The
levels of awards against employers are increasing and the cost of an
employment practice action (even an unfounded one) can be considerable.
This
is why we have designed EmployNet, a structured programme that:
- ensures you have
correct procedures in place for your personnel
- delivers expert
advice and support from Andrew & Co and gives you the safety net
of reliable employment dispute insurance.
EmployNet

employee related issues but with added benefits:

local issues and understanding of your business needs
- Personal service.
