LICENSING ACT 2003

The licensing laws covering the sale of alcohol and public entertainment changed under the Licensing Act 2003. If you buy a business which has a Premises Licence this Licence will need transferring. If you form a business which carries out licensable activities on the premises, for example the sale of alcohol or regulated entertainment you will need to apply for a Premises Licence. We are able to assist with applications for a new Premises Licence, to vary or transfer an existing Premises Licence and applications for a Personal Licence.
