Acquisition
sees Andrew & Co open in Newark
Andrew & Co LLP acquires Neville Denham Legal Services
To
meet growing customer interest from north Nottinghamshire and surrounding
areas Andrew & Co LLP is merging with established Newark solicitors,
Neville Denham & Co from 1 October, 2007.
The
acquisition will enable Andrew & Co to bring a wider range of services
to clients of the new combined firm and the investment in the new office
will enhance the services offered to existing Newark clients.

Hollingworth and his team have built up a very good practice at Neville
Denham & Co, specialising in family work, conveyancing and company
and commercial matters. We are delighted that David and his team are
also looking forward to the opportunities that the new combined firm
will bring” says Peter Bateson, practice director of Andrew &
Co LLP.
Knowledge
and expertise will be shared between both our Lincoln and Newark offices
to ensure that clients get the best possible advice and service. In
addition, the partners and staff of the combined firm will have more
opportunity to develop their skills and expertise across a wider range
of clients.

Andrew
& Co LLP will take over the town centre premises at 33 Kirkgate
from the beginning of October and the combined firm will practice as
Andrew & Co LLP. This latest merger for Andrew & Co takes the
number of partners and staff across the two locations to 70 people.
