Catriona Wheeler is in the Commercial Team and deals with corporate and commercial work as well as matters relating to charitable organisations. She has more than twenty years experience of commercial transactions and has worked for a wide range of types and sizes of companies over the years. Catriona has acted for many Lincolnshire and East Midlands charities since moving to Lincolnshire in 1995 and has advised in relation to charity registration, incorporating existing charities, constitutional matters and acquisition and disposal of property. She is a member of the Charity Law Association.
