Chris has since qualification practised solely in the commercial property and agricultural sectors. On his father’s side there are many years association with the profession of chartered surveyors and on his mother’s side many years association with the agricultural sector of Lincolnshire.
Chris heads up the Commercial Property and Agricultural Teams at Andrew & Co LLP and over the years has been involved in substantial commercial property developments including retail food stores and retail parks. Chris has also been involved in substantial farm acquisitions and disposals and funding and planning issues relating to property sales and disposals.
Chris, being from a local family, is very involved within the County of Lincolnshire and is at present serving as Undersheriff of Lincolnshire. Chris is also honorary Solicitor to the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society.
