Nicola joined Andrew & Co LLP as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2009. Following her qualification as a Solicitor, she has remained at the firm as an Assistant Solicitor in the Personal Injury and Motor Law Team lead by Michael Pace.
Before joining Andrew & Co LLP, Nicola worked as a Paralegal at Stewarts Law LLP in Leeds, concentrating solely on Catastrophic Injury Claims. She also worked at Andrew Jackson Solicitors in Hull as an Employment Paralegal.
Nicola handles a mixed caseload of road traffic law and employers’ liability, public liability and fatal accident claims. Her experience of brain and spinal cord injury claims is often called upon to assist Michael Pace with the more complex cases.
Nicola is also able to represent individuals who find themselves in Court for motoring offences. She is also able to draw on her experience of Employment Law in advising Companies on Fleet Driving Policies.
