Andrew & Co Shortlisted for National Award
The Residential Property Team at Andrew & Co Solicitors will be travelling to Liverpool on Thursday (13th July) to find out if they have won a prestigious national award.
We are one of six firms short-listed in the Property Team of the Year category at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2017 and will find out whether we have won during a presentation ceremony at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool.
To get through to the final stages, the team had to demonstrate that they work well together, achieve excellent results for their clients and produce tangible benefits for the firm such as an increase in revenue or positive publicity.
As well as dealing with the buying and selling of residential property, we offer a wide range of property law services including re-mortgaging, buy to let, equity release and tenancy and lease arrangements.
Associate Solicitor and Head of the Residential Property Team Joanne Sworder said she is delighted to receive national recognition for the team’s efforts.
“We’ve done really well over the past 12 months in terms of increasing client satisfaction as well as fee income which is a result of all our hard work over the last three years,” explained Jo.
“We’ve not greatly increased our staff; however, we have become more efficient and are able to get properties exchanged for clients quicker. As a firm, we invite every client to take part in an independent satisfaction survey as we’re very focused on providing excellent service.
“We’re really looking forward to the ceremony on Thursday although we realise the competition will be tough as we’re up against some much larger firms. Winning would be the pinnacle of a really successful year.”
