Kathryn Bolton

Solicitor

I graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in law and, whilst working as a paralegal, completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.  I joined Andrew & Co LLP in 2007 after completing my training.

I offer advice on both commercial and personal disputes including Landlord and tenant disputes, Disputes relating to land and jointly owned property, Contractual disputes, Disputes concerning wills, trusts and probate, Employment, and Professional negligence claims against solicitors and other professionals. Dealing with disputes of any kind can be stressful and the thought of court proceedings can be particularly daunting.  I will listen carefully to your needs and desired outcome and help you avoid litigation where possible.  I aim to adopt both a common sense and commercial approach to every issue and to give as clear an idea as possible, as quickly as possible, of the merits and likely costs of bringing or defending a claim.

Outside of work I enjoy good food and I am a keen, but amateur, vegetable grower, having recently acquired a share in an allotment!  I also enjoy yoga and spending time with family and friends.
