There are now more than three million family businesses in the UK, which between them provide over 9.4 million jobs and generate approximately 25% of GDP.
The Lincolnshire Family Business Forum was set up to acknowledge the important role that family businesses play in the county’s economy. It offers support and advice to family-owned and family-run businesses to help them overcome the unique challenges they face and ultimately become more successful.
Hosted by Andrew & Co Solicitors

the forum meets on a regular basis and is free to attend. Guest speakers include experts on company law, finance and marketing and as well as family business owners themselves who are invited to share their knowledge and experience they have gained over the years.
You may not be aware but many well-known brands are actually family businesses; Warburtons, Clarks shoes and JCB are all long-standing family firms which have been handed down from generation to generation. However, succession can be a cause for concern along with family conflicts and these are just two of the many issues the Lincolnshire Family Business Forum seeks to address.
If you own or run a family business or have a problem you need solving, please come along the next forum to meet other like-minded people and put our panel of experts to the test!
