Over three million people are injured in accidents each year - at home, in their cars, at work, or...
I joined Andrew & Co in 1998 and became a partner in 1999. I am now the Head of the Motor Law and Personal Injury team.
I am very experienced and highly regarded advocate and I have dealt with cases which have raised national media interest and a recognition of the correct law on Driving Licence offences. Throughout the years I have gained an unique expertise in motor accidents and Road Traffic Law. I joined the Notts police force in 1971. I formed my own driving school for cars and motorcycles in 1979. I then joined a solicitors firm in 1987 and since then have always dealt with motoring offences and accident claims.
I am a Past-President of the Lincolnshire Law Society. I am accredited as a fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. I lecture on topics such as liability in road traffic accidents and road traffic law. In addition, I am a regular voice on BBC Radio Lincolnshire and Look North and am on the BBC's 'go to list' for motor law matters. I have made appearances on Radio 4 and Radio 5 Live. As well as the above I was the very first IAM advanced motorcyclist in Nottinghamshire and still enjoy riding motorcycles.
My specialties include Advising and Representing drivers alleged to have committed road traffic offences, Liability in motor accident cases, and high value personal injury claims, Representing and advising Fleet operators with DVSA and Traffic Commissioner issues. I am happy to attend Courts anywhere in England or Wales to represent motoring clients.
In my social time I try to play golf, and enjoy motorcycling and watching motorsport as well as clay shooting and socialising.
